CAMASYS (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the CAMASYS mobile application (“App”), which is used by employees and agents of our customers to assist in fleet and rental management. Legal Requirements: To comply with laws, regulations, or legal requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CAMASYS, users, or others.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded images and logs are typically retained according to your employer’s contract with CAMASYS.

We take reasonable measures to secure your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include secure storage, encrypted communications, and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

This app is intended for use only by employees and authorized representatives of CAMASYS customers. It is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
