Your data is saved on encrypted storages, which are permanently backed up and the entire communication between you and us is encrypted from the moment you log-in using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology from Let's Encrypt company. Therefore, your data is protected from unauthorized access or misuse.

Where is my data stored?

Camasys runs on protected cloud storage DigitalOcean, which is our independent server without the access of any other administrator on highly encrypted storage which is permanently backed up.
Is the internet payment secured?

Yes, the payments are processed by SecurionPay, a partner company of major European banks and it’s one of the leaders of payment processing market.

How do I know when and how much to pay?

How do I know when and how much to pay?

You only pay for registered vehicles and number of users. What counts is the maximum number of active users and vehicles you have in your fleet in that particular month. You can use our online calculator and pricelist on our website. Payments are made in advance according to the details of your fleet from the previous month.

There are various options. We are preparing an automated payment gateway for the simplest online payment method. By that time, you can use direct bank transfer according to the instructions in the invoice at the end of the month.

When can I start using Camasys trial version?

Any time. Just register, confirm your registration log-in and you are good to go.
Are the functions of the trial and full version identical?

Are the functions of the trial and full version identical?

Yes, the trial version has all the functions of the full version and you can use them after the trial expires.
What happens to my data after the trial version finishes?

What happens to my data after the trial version finishes?

The data will be stored for one more month in case your payment is delayed or you decide to continue using the system. After that, the data will be permanently deleted.
Is it possible to terminate the trial version?

Is it possible to terminate the trial version?

Yes, just contact us. Although it’s not necessary, as you’ll be notified about its expiration. In the meantime, we’ll calculate the price for you, which you are obliged to pay, only if you decide to continue using the service.

How to put login details (name, password) of a new user into the system?

In the Settings section, choose Users list and then New Entry, where you will fill out the name. Only users with the Admin role have the right to do so.

In the Roles section, choose Day schedule. Here you can see all the actions scheduled for particular times and days. For each action in the Assigned column, choose an icon showing the character and plus symbol. Then, in the Assigned column, choose a user and click Confirm. Now, the roles will be displayed in the Home section or Roles section in My roles subsection.

In the Assigned column, choose an icon showing a notebook and a pen, where you can edit the action. Only users with the Admin and Manager role can do so.

Ask your administrator for a change. The Admin will make the changes in the Settings of Organizational Units section. Only users with the Admin role can do so.

In the Cars section, choose List of cars and then find the car using a filter.

In the Cars section, choose Import car and download sample.xlsx file to fill out the columns. Start from the second row (first row is for the heading). The first column is supposed to be empty for creating new cars. In the first row, there is a name of column to tell you what information to fill out. In the brackets, there is information about what format should the cell have or options to choose from.

When creating a new car, an identifier or UUID is generated (e.g. 7585cde8-ef87-4f49-9b31-7fe69a59c908). If these identifiers are copied into the first column of sample.xlsx file and then the other items are filled, the car/cars will be edited after uploading the file into the system. The cars can be edited manually in the car detail using Edit icon.

In the car detail, there is Damages section, where you can choose Add damage. Here you can fill in the information about the damage with the possibility of uploading photo documentation.

QR codes were lost, what can I do?

There are cells in the QR codes section. Just start writing the license plate number and the system will offer you possible matches. After filling out the necessary fields, just generate a PDF and then put the sheets into the printer and print.
How do I delete cars?

How do I delete cars?

To change the date of deletion, choose Mass change of deletion in the main menu. In this window, you can find a sample, which will be downloaded into your computer. (massExclusionSample.xlsx). After filling the plate number or UUID, just fill the right date of deletion and load the file into the system. The system will automatically change the reservations to other available cars after the date of deletion. The system will notify you, if you want to delete a car with a valid reservation or contract, which is not possible to change (e.g. due to unavailability of cars in the same category).

In the Calendar section, choose Organizational unit, then the Car category and move the reservation to another car using the cursor.
How to cancel a reservation?

How to cancel a reservation?

You can cancel a reservation in the Day schedule for a particular day of rent using the X button.
