CAMASYS Introduces AI-Powered Customer Communication for Car Rental Operations

That is why we have been intensively developing our own personalized AI Chatbot solution designed specifically for the car rental and mobility sector.
The new AI-powered assistant is capable of handling personalized rental requests, vehicle returns, complaints, and a wide range of customer inquiries related to car rental operations. Customers can instantly receive answers regarding branch locations, opening hours, vehicle availability, rental conditions, pricing, insurance coverage, and many other operational topics.
One of the key advantages of the system is availability. Unlike traditional customer service centers, the CAMASYS AI Chatbot operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This represents a major shift in customer support efficiency, especially during peak rental periods when response speed and operational flexibility become critical.
During the high season, our operations process more than 2,000 vehicle rentals per month across Slovakia, generating an enormous volume of customer communication. The deployment of AI technology allows us to manage these requests faster, more efficiently, and with a significantly improved customer experience.
The AI Chatbot is currently entering a testing phase, as every advanced AI system requires continuous learning and optimization based on real customer interactions. Over time, the system will further improve its ability to communicate naturally, understand customer needs, and automate increasingly complex operational tasks.
Following successful testing, the solution will gradually be deployed across all subdivisions of the Avis and Payless brands in Slovakia, as well as in other international markets where the CAMASYS platform is already being used.
