Your data are saved on encrypted storages which are permanently backed up and whole communication between you and us is encrypted from the moment you log-in using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology of Let’s Encrypt company. Your data are therefore protected from unauthorised access or misuse.
Where are my data stored?

Where are my data stored?

Camasys runs on protected cloud storages DigitalOcean as our independent server without access of any other administrator on highly encrypted storages which are permanently backed up.
Is internet payment secure?

Yes, the payments are processed by SecurionPay, a partner company of big European banks and it’s one of the leaders of payment processing market.

How do I know when and how much to pay?

How do I know when and how much to pay?

You pay only for registered cars and number of users. What counts is the maximum number of active users and cars you had in your fleet in a particular month. You can use our online calculator and the pricelist on our website. Payments are made in advance according to the details of your fleet from the previous month.

There are various options. We are preparing an automated payment gateway for the simplest online payment method. By that time, you can use direct bank transfer according to the instruction in the invoice at the end of the month.

Anytime. Just register, confirm your registration log-in and you are ready to go.
Are the functions of the trial and full version the same?

Are the functions of the trial and full version the same?

Yes, the trial version has all the functions of the full version and you can use them after trial expires.
What happens to my data after finishing the trial version?

What happens to my data after finishing the trial version?

The data will be stored for one more month in case your payment is delayed or you decide to continue using it. After that they’ll be permanently deleted.
Is it possible to terminate the trial version?

Is it possible to terminate the trial version?

Yes, just contact us. Although it’s not necessary as you’ll be notified about its expiration. At the same time, we’ll count the price for you, which you are obliged to pay only if you decide to continue using the service.

How to put login details (name, password) of a new user into system?

In Settings section choose Users list and then New entry where you fill the name. Only users with the Admin role have the right to do so.

n Roles section choose Day schedule. Here you can see all the actions scheduled for particular hours and days. For each action in the Assigned column, choose an icon showing the character and symbol plus. Then, in the column Assigned, choose a user and click Confirm. Now the roles will be displayed in the Home section or section Roles in My roles subsection.

n the column Assigned choose an icon showing notebook and pen, where you can edit the action. Only users with the role Admin and Manager can do so.

Ask you administrator for a change. Admin will make the changes in Settings of organisation units section. Only users with the Admin role can do so.

In section Cars choose List of cars and find the car using filter.

How to create new car / cars?

In Cars section choose Import car and download sample.xlsx file to fill the columns. Start from the second row (first is for a heading). The first column is supposed to be empty for creating the new cars. In the first row there is a name of column to tell you what information to fill. In brackets, there is information about what format should the cell have or options to choose from.

While creating a new car, identifier or UUID is generated (e.g. 7585cde8-ef87-4f49-9b31-7fe69a59c908). If these identifiers are copied into the first column of sample.xlsx file and then the other items are filed, the car / cars will be edited after loading the file into the system. The cars can be edited manually in the car detail using Edit icon.

In the car detail there’s Damages section, where you choose Add damage. Here you can fill the information about the damage with the possibility of loading photo documentation.

QR codes were lost, what to do?

There are cells in QR codes section. Just start writing the plate number and the system offers possible matches. After filling the necessary fields just generate PDF and then put the sheets into the printer and print.
How do I delete the cars?

How do I delete the cars?

To change the date of deletion, choose Mass change of deletion in the main menu. In this window you can find a sample, which will be downloaded into your PC (massExclusionSample.xlsx). After filling the plate number or UUID just fill the right date of deletion and load the file into the system. System will automatically change the reservations after the date of deletion to other available cars. The system will notify you if you want to delete a car with a valid reservation or contract which is not possible to change (e.g. for unavailability of cars of the same category).

In Calendar section choose Organisational unit, Car category and move the reservation to another car using cursor.

You can cancel the reservation in Day schedule for a particular day of rent using X button.
